Frequently Asked Questions
Booking your session depends on the type of reading you choose – but it’s all designed to be clear and client-friendly. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Choose your reading
Each reading has its own service page with detailed descriptions and links to the correct booking or request form.
Step 2: Choose your format
Depending on the service, you’ll see one of the following options:
Live Video Call Readings
Book your session using the Acuity Scheduling calendar provided. You’ll choose your preferred time (displayed in YOUR time zone), fill out a short form, and pay securely via PayPal. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a Google Meet link once your booking is complete.
Email or Pre-recorded Video (Longer Sessions)
If you’d prefer a non-live format, you’ll be directed to a request form. Once I’ve reviewed your request, I’ll contact you personally by email to:
- Confirm your chosen reading
- Give you a delivery date
- Send a secure PayPal invoice
This approach provides peace of mind – real human contact before any payment is made.
Mini Readings (Short Email Format)
These are booked and paid directly via Acuity Scheduling, just like live video sessions – but the time slot acts as a placeholder, not a live appointment.
Your reading will be delivered via email within 48 hours of the time you booked.
Your reading is sent as a beautifully designed PDF, complete with an image of the cards (where applicable).
Payment & Time Zones
Payment is handled via PayPal (you can use a PayPal account or a debit/credit card).
All booking times show in your local time zone, so no conversion is needed.
Please Note
You must be 18 or older to book a session.
For live video call sessions, at least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
For longer email/pre-recorded readings, you’ll receive your session on the agreed delivery date.
Mini Readings will be delivered within 48 hours of your booked time slot.
Occasionally, magickal messages get flagged as suspicious by inboxes that haven’t yet learned to trust the witch. Please check your junk or spam folder – and if you’re using Gmail, your Promotions or Social tabs as well.
For readings that are booked through the calendar, a confirmation email will be sent automatically within a few minutes.
If you submitted a request form instead (e.g. for a custom session or alternative format), you’ll see a confirmation page after sending, and I’ll follow up with you by email shortly – usually within a few hours during working days. (We’re offline on weekends and public holidays).

Most questions are welcome – but there are some important boundaries in place to keep your session ethical, empowering, and focused on you.
You’re welcome to ask about:
- Your spiritual path, personal growth, or emotional wellbeing
- Career, life direction, or creative blocks
- Relationships (as they relate to you)
- Energy imbalances, chakra health, and guidance from spirit
- Manifestation, decision-making, or what’s holding you back
Some services (like Pendulum or Mini Readings) are better suited to brief or specific questions, while others (like Empowerment Readings) allow for more open exploration. You’ll find guidance on each service page.
For ethical reasons, I will not answer:
- Questions about someone else’s private life, thoughts, or feelings
- Anything involving medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
- Questions about death or predicting physical harm
- Requests for spells, love-binding, or influencing another’s free will
Your reading is meant to help you grow, heal, and navigate life with more clarity – not to control or spy on others.
No problem! Many readings are designed to work even without a specific question. We recommend starting with a Personal Guidance Tarot Reading, which doesn’t require a question at all. And if you’d like to clarify whether your question is suitable before booking, feel free to contact me and I’ll be happy to guide you.
Absolutely – I’ve enchanted my space (with the help of a little tech magick) for the clearest experience possible. A top-down camera shows the entire spread like a bird’s eye view over your destiny, a second camera zooms in for detailed card close-ups, and a third keeps our face-to-face connection intact. No blurry crystal balls here – just clarity, connection, and a beautifully immersive reading.
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you can be fully present. Readings work best when you’re able to focus without interruptions.
Sessions take place via a simple, secure browser-based live video call (no special software required). Full (and easy!) joining instructions will be provided after booking. If you’re using headphones, it’s a good idea to check that everything is working properly before the session begins.
I live in an old countryside house where the power and internet are usually very reliable, but just in case, I have back-up systems in place. If there’s a rare glitch or brief interruption during our session, I’ll reconnect as soon as my back-up system kicks in – usually within a minute or two. Thanks for your patience if this ever happens!
You’re welcome to record your own session for personal use if you’d like to revisit the insights later, particularly for tarot readings where a lot of information can come through during the session.

I do not record sessions on my side, so recording is entirely the client’s responsibility if they choose to do so.

Psychic and energetic connections aren’t limited by physical space. Just like distant healing (such as Reiki), a remote reading works by tuning into your unique energy – wherever you are in the world.
To help with this connection, I may ask for a few basic details when you book (such as your name and area of focus). These are kept completely confidential and simply help me tune in to your energy more clearly.

Nope! You don’t need a PayPal account to book a session. PayPal securely handles all payments, but you can simply use your debit or credit card at checkout – no account required.
Just choose the reading you’d like, follow the booking link, and PayPal will give you the option to pay however you prefer.
For live video call sessions, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Sessions cancelled within this window will be credited towards a future session of the same value – no refunds are issued.
Email and pre-recorded video readings are non-refundable once booked, as I begin energetic preparation and intuitive work before creating your session.
That said, I know life happens. If something unexpected comes up, you’re always welcome to contact me – I’ll always try to respond with kindness and fairness, within reason.
Yes – but only with the full consent of the person receiving the reading.
Because readings are deeply personal, they work best when the recipient is open, willing, and energetically available. For this reason, I don’t allow someone to book entirely on another’s behalf without checking in first.
If you’d like to gift a reading, here’s how it works:
- Email me with your request and which type of session you’d like to gift
- I’ll send you a secure PayPal invoice for payment
- Once paid, I’ll provide a private booking link or instructions for the recipient, so they can choose a time and format that suits them
This process ensures your gift is a meaningful, respectful, and welcome experience for the one receiving it.
Absolutely! If you’d like to see what personal information we have on file for you (such as a subscribed email address), or you’d like to be removed from our records entirely, just contact us. We’ll honour your request promptly – no fine print, no fuss, and no need for arcane rituals.
