A moving reflection on two decades of learning, healing, and spiritual transformation under compassionate guidance.
❝2003 began as just one more year of aimless drifting, desperately searching, but never finding, the spiritual answers I was looking for.
Through a series of what appeared to be simple co-incidences I was led to Pandora’s front door.
I have autism so don’t do well with people and a learning disability that causes me to process information and knowledge very slowly, however, under Pandora’s expert, patient and loving guidance I found myself growing, evolving and very importantly, healing.
I found the classes to be incredibly structured, the space in which they were offered safe at all times and the lessons easy for me to grasp and understand and that which I did not get the first, second or even tenth time, Pandora was there with her never ending patience and unwavering support to guide me. No question was too silly to ask, asked too many times or too annoying to answer.
The information in the lessons were intelligent, interesting, ever inspiring and for the first time, it all made sense. I had that ah ha moment. Finally, I was finding the answers, finally I had found a teacher and a guide who inspired me, who uplifted me, who never stopped believing in me. Not once did Pandora force her ideas or teachings or belief systems onto me. Not once did she demand that I blindly follow her lead. I was encouraged at all times to think for myself, to offer my own inputs and thoughts, to share my own ideas.
I found a spiritual path that resonates with me and I thank the Gods and Goddesses every day that I was led to Pandora’s front door on that day so very long ago and that I am so privileged to still be learning under her expert guidance and loving care today.
Pandora has been my teacher, my guide, my North Star and my friend for 22 years and I am inspired by her every day, encouraged to keep learning, to keep evolving, to keep growing spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
